What it is
Mindscaping is a guided, metaphor-based process that works directly with your unconscious mind — where patterns, emotions, and solutions are stored.
Instead of analyzing the issue, your mind presents it symbolically, often as an inner landscape. By gently transforming the symbols, the underlying pattern begins to shift.
Your unconscious already knows the solution. This process allows it to express and reorganize naturally.
